Driver Training

New drivers undergo a thorough orientation and hands-on training to meet industry expectations. We emphasize defensive driving practices to navigate hazardous conditions and uphold safety standards.

Driver Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Class A driving experience
  • Minimum 1 year fuel hauling experience
  • 3 years of verifiable CDL work history
  • Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements (active)
  • No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No open Drug & Alcohol violations
  • No recent HOS violations
  • No serious crimes or DUIs (past 5 years)
  • Qualified to operate a manual-transmission commercial vehicle (No E-restrictions)
  • Not a registered sex offender
